- It is compulsory to present your Id proof with either photo id / credit card and booking confirmation (PRIMARY SMS/Computer printout) at Box office while collecting your ticket.
- Only Original SMS is encouraged at the counter, so please ensure to provide the mobile number of those who would be visiting the theatre while booking tickets.
- Tickets and Right of entry will be acknowledged to the person who brings the original confirmation, person coming with the transferred / forwarded confirmation will not be entitled, if found guilty, those people will be sent out of the premises without any refund. Legal action shall be initiated upon such persons.
- Tickets should be purchased for children above 3 years.
- Tickets purchased are valid for the particular screen & show mentioned and for which tickets are booked.
- It is obligatory to carry proof of age for A certified films.
- Persons under the age of 18 years cannot be admitted for films certified A.
- Patrons under the influence of alcohol and drugs will not be permitted inside.
- Patrons are requested to collect their Tickets 20 minutes before show start time.
- Patrons are requested not to share or forward the Confirmation SMS or Mail to anyone.
- Customer Care will be operated between 9 a.m. -9 p.m. and any grievances or discrepancies shall be brought to notice.
- Show time may vary according to the previous show end time.
- Right to provide alternate seats reserved* and left to the discretion of administration of respective theatre.
- Baggages, Sharp objects and other suspicious objects will not be allowed inside, patrons are requested to co-operate while checking any baggage.
- In no case, patrons shall re-sell / transfer confirmed tickets indulging in unlawful commercial transactions punishable by law.
- If found guilty of trying to utilize the booking facility for unlawful commercial activities, catchandwatch and respective theatre management reserves all right to take severe action and cancel the tickets booked by the particular patron. And the patron shall be handed over to the judicial custody.
- Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
- This transaction is being carried out over a secure payment gateway.
- Prices may vary according to theatre management discretion; changes shall be made without prior notice.
- If you have not received any booking confirmation either by SMS or Mail or on our site and payment is not deducted, it means that ticket is not booked and patrons are not entitled with any ticket, Catch and watch is not responsible for any such transaction.
- If there is any amount deduction and we request you to contact the Customer care within 12-hours of transaction.
- If customers visit theatre-demanding ticket, without booking proof then they are not entitled for tickets.
- Your Payment will be done in a different Vendors website, you will be navigated to a secured Website, your personal details with your card details will be saved and be secured with the payment gateway provider, Catch and watch in no case will have a access to your Details and Catch and watch is in no ways responsible for any mishandle of your details provided while payment.
- If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether due to any error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or pre-sale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then, Catch and watch will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website.
- Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email to the mail id as provided. This confirmation mail contains booking details of the ticket, patrons can take the printout of the ticket from this mail. For any technical/non-technical reasons, if the patron does not receive the ticket confirmation mail, they should contact the customer care immediately.
- SMS Confirmation will be sent to the 10 digit Mobile number as provided, For any technical/non-technical reasons, if the ticket confirmation SMS is not received, please contact the customer care immediately, to resend the SMS. Customers have to enter 10-digit mobile number (with out prefixing +91,91 or 0) to get an SMS ticket. Customers can even get their ticket by logging into their profile or by clicking resend SMS provided on our home page.
- We take care of your payments. If, payment is deducted from your account but, that transaction is not validated at our end from our banking agent it would be considered void, and we will automatically refund your amount within two days, and such amount may reflect in your account within 5 working days, this may even delay according to your bank.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or transferred for any reason for any day or any show; ticket booked is valid only for that particular show.
- Tickets once booked cannot cancel by the customers at any time
- If theater initiate us to refund the ticket in-case of show cancellation then customer will be refunded the ticket amount and convenience fee, But Service charge and Payment gateway charges or any other legal taxes which shall be levied during that time would not be refunded at any circumstance
- If customer claims that there was no show at the venue or theatre management did not obey to honor the e-ticket, and ask for refund, then this case will be clarified with the theatre management and necessary action will be taken.
- If Customer fails to collect the ticket from the box office then they shall not be entitled for refund.
- If in case movie was played and was stalled for any technical glitches or reason best known to theatre management then ticket price will be refunded upon theater Management instruction and management decision would be final. catchandwatch would not be responsible in any case.
